SMS text messaging terms

Program name. Evergreen Growth Marketing customer messaging.

Program description. If you text our business number, you will receive replies from Evergreen Growth Marketing about your inquiry. Our assistant answers questions about our services, collects your name and callback number, and helps arrange a consultation. We reply only within conversations that you start.We do not send marketing blasts, bulk messages, or messages to anyone who has not texted us first.

How to join. Simply text our business number (919-809-9007). Sending us a message is your consent to receive replies about your inquiry. No other sign-up is required.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. You will typically receive one reply for each message you send.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by replyingSTOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further messages unless you text us again to restart the conversation.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and to effective transmission from your mobile service provider.

Limitation of liability
